abstract = "Este relat{\'o}rio apresenta os principais resultados do
levantamento de campo realizado em 2014, referente {\`a}s
institui{\c{c}}{\~o}es visitadas nas sedes municipais de
Santar{\'e}m e Altamira, no sudoeste do Par{\'a}. Esta pesquisa
complementa o levantamento das institui{\c{c}}{\~o}es realizado
em 2013 na cidade de Santar{\'e}m. Nas duas cidades foram
visitadas 21 institui{\c{c}}{\~o}es, de modo a representar os
diferentes setores da sociedade. A escolha das
institui{\c{c}}{\~o}es baseou-se nos question{\'a}rios
aplicados em comunidades dos munic{\'{\i}}pios de Santar{\'e}m,
Belterra, Rur{\'o}polis, Trair{\~a}o, Uruar{\'a}, Placas e Novo
Progresso, a fim de priorizar as institui{\c{c}}{\~o}es citadas
como atuantes nas comunidades. Os principais resultados obtidos
foram: a identifica{\c{c}}{\~a}o da exist{\^e}ncia de dados
sistematizados em cada institui{\c{c}}{\~a}o, a compreens{\~a}o
das articula{\c{c}}{\~o}es entre as institui{\c{c}}{\~o}es e a
caracteriza{\c{c}}{\~a}o da din{\^a}mica da
ocupa{\c{c}}{\~a}o territorial. Evidenciaram-se dois aspectos
prevalentes: h{\'a} uma rede institucional que se articula para
atender as demandas da popula{\c{c}}{\~a}o e as
rela{\c{c}}{\~o}es colaborativas dependem do posicionamento
pol{\'{\i}}tico e ideol{\'o}gico estabelecido entre as
institui{\c{c}}{\~o}es. Com uma organiza{\c{c}}{\~a}o em rede,
a atua{\c{c}}{\~a}o de algumas institui{\c{c}}{\~o}es nas
comunidades nem sempre {\'e} direta, sendo muitas vezes
intermediada por outra institui{\c{c}}{\~a}o ou
associa{\c{c}}{\~a}o. Al{\'e}m disso, constatou-se que as
institui{\c{c}}{\~o}es s{\~a}o importantes fontes de dados, em
alguns casos sistematizados, que complementam as
informa{\c{c}}{\~o}es coletadas em campo e auxiliam na
caracteriza{\c{c}}{\~a}o das comunidades do oeste paraense. Esse
relat{\'o}rio apresenta as observa{\c{c}}{\~o}es gerais
referentes {\`a}s principais tem{\'a}ticas discutidas nas
institui{\c{c}}{\~o}es visitadas, al{\'e}m da an{\'a}lise do
papel e da articula{\c{c}}{\~a}o entre as entidades em
diferentes n{\'{\i}}veis de atua{\c{c}}{\~a}o e setores da
sociedade. A an{\'a}lise detalhada dos diferentes aspectos
levantados ser{\'a} realizada posteriormente em trabalhos
espec{\'{\i}}ficos. Os dados resultantes desta
expedi{\c{c}}{\~a}o de campo servir{\~a}o de base para
pesquisas cient{\'{\i}}ficas espec{\'{\i}}ficas e detalhadas,
contribuindo para a compreens{\~a}o da influ{\^e}ncia da rede de
institui{\c{c}}{\~o}es nos processos recentes de
ocupa{\c{c}}{\~a}o e urbaniza{\c{c}}{\~a}o da Amaz{\^o}nia.
ABSTRACT: This report presents the main results of the field
survey conducted in 2014, referring to the institutions visited in
the municipal headquarters of Santar{\'e}m and Altamira, in the
southwest of Par{\'a}. This research complements the survey of
institutions conducted in 2013 in the city of Santar{\'e}m. In
both cities were visited 21 institutions to represent the
different sectors of society. The choice of the institutions was
based on questionnaires applied to villages in the municipalities
of Santar{\'e}m, Belterra, Rur{\'o}polis, Trair{\~a}o,
Uruar{\'a}, Placas and Novo Progresso, trying to choose the
institutions cited like actives in the villages. The main results
were: the identification of the existence of systematic data on
each institution, the understanding of the links between the
institutions and the characterization of the dynamics of
territorial occupation. Two prevalent aspects were showed up:
there is an institutional network structured to support the
demands of the population and the collaborative relationships
depends on the political and ideological position established
between the institutions. As a network organization, the
performance of some institutions in the village is not always
direct, often intermediated by another institution or association.
In addition, it was found that institutions are important sources
of data, in some cases systematized, which complement the
information collected in the field and assist in the
characterization of the western Para villages. This document
presents the initial organization of data and a preliminary
discussion of the relationships between institutions. A detailed
analysis of the various issues gathered will then be held in
specific jobs. The data resulting from this field expedition will
be the basis for specific and detailed scientific research,
contributing to the understanding of the influence of the
institutional network in the recent processes of occupation and
urbanization of the Amaz{\^o}nia.",
